Stouffer's Lasagna with Meat Sauce

Yes, I realize this is not sauce; however, I've been eating this for years. I get the 19 ounce size. I'm not sure the weight of the smaller size. Had some this morning and was wondering if that makes it breakfast? I guess the question that might need to be answered, how do we determine whether we're eating breakfast, lunch, or dinner? Is that determined by what we're eating or the time we're eating it? If anyone is reading this, please don't spend a lot of time thinking about this. BTW, the lasagna is decent.
